6. Approved Company Sea Service & Photocopy SIRB (12 months in total during the preceding 5 years OIC-NW/EW or 3 months in total during the preceding 6 months as OIC-NW/EW)
7. Medical Certificate (PEME Format)
8. 1 pc. Passport size Picture, white background proper uniform with 2 bars

4. MLC Deck/Engine Cert
5. Approved Company Sea Service & Photocopy SIRB (12 months in total during the preceding 5 years as a CHIEFMATE/2nd ENGINEER or 3 months in total during the preceding 6 months as CHIEFMATE/2nd ENGINEER)
